When you want to just STOP IT!
The Art of Noticing

Actually it is not so easy to just STOP sometimes. Don't we wish it could be so easy... If we are going too fast we first have to notice we are going too fast then slow down, so we can stop in time. The first step is to really notice in the now, catch our self red handed in the act ... when we are getting in our own way or nurturing something wonderful. This requires being grounded. Bringing conscious awareness into the now helps us be aware when we are perpetrator of own problems or solutions. Being self aware and witnessing our behavior carefully is a step in acknowledging our habitual/unconscious behaviors and opening up the inner space to invite something new into being.Like the trumpet player who could notice it was his tongue being dry and quivery that made the tone go off, who when focusing on how his tongue felt while playing could then hit the best tone.Take note of details. We en-soul new possibilities from the field of all possibilities by attracting them with our thoughts and passion. We literally create our reality with the sum of all our thoughts feelings, intentions and awareness. The media wants you to buy their product, so they bombard your thoughts and senses with juicy ads that get your senses going too. Also, it can never be underestimated the power of focusing on what you want, instead of what you don't want.
